S&P Event Organization Form

Please review the department Travel & Entertainment Guidelines webpage before making any arrangements for food/meal expenses. Expenses already approved by the L&S Committee do not require additional departmental approval. For all other food or meal expenses for an event, approval must first be received from departmental leadership by emailing CAO Kristina Magpayo Nyden at kristina@humnet.ucla.edu
